New Listings
This week marks the Second week of declines in new listings.
This is likely due to the lingering Covid 19 Crisis. So is this good time to sell your house?
Yes, with lower inventory comes higher demand. This means you can get more money in less time.
And we will make sure your home is protected from Covid-19 with hand sanitizer stations, masks and virtual showings.
Another step we have taken is creating 3D walk -thoughs of your home.
This allows buyers to view your home as if they were actually there from their own phone!
Pending Listings
Pending listings is still above average after the surge of new buyers after our shelter in place orders.
We are in our 3rd week of declining numbers but still 13% above 2019.
Closings
This week saw some flattening numbers in closings but we are currently below the number of closings for 2019.
Scheduled Showings
Showings continue to be above normal as buyers continue their search for a new house.
Scheduled Showings of properties around Houston stays pretty even compared to last weeks numbers and is still 25% above 2019.

People are still looking for houses, now more than ever after being stuck in their home.
